I have worked with Tapas in ReNew for about 4 years and again in O2 Power where Tapas worked with us as a consultant. In both these periods my experience of working with him has been great. More recently Tapas help us prepare for Great Place To Work (GPTW) and we successively got that for two years in his guidance. He also helped us improve our HR policies in O2.

Tapas worked with O2 as HR Advisor. For him, HR is a contact sport. At times, HR is blamed for designing policies in ivory towers, but that is not the case with Tapas. With his strong interpersonal skills and his ability to strike camaraderie, Tapas has the pulse of the organization at all times. His experience carries the diversity of working with start-ups as well as mature organizations. This came in very handy for us as he helped O2 in transitioning from a nascent to a young organization.
