Ravi Seth is a Senior Finance Professional who has been in varied finance and operating roles in a career spanning more than three decades. His professional experience spans Renewable Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Media, Tobacco, Real Estate, Financial Services, Hotels and Food.

His last employment was with ReNew Power where he worked as CFO. He was part of the journey of the company from the early stage to it becoming the largest renewable power player in India. During his tenure he led the raise of approx. $ 1Bn in the form of Equity from Goldman Sachs, CPPIB, ADIA, ADB, GEF and JERA and Rs 35,000 Cr in the form of Debt from multiple sources including International Bonds, Domestic Bonds, Multilateral Institutions, International and Domestic Banks etc.

Prior to this he worked with a large pharmaceutical company, Strides Pharma Science, where he worked in a global set up managing the finance function and later transitioned to the role of CEO International Operations managing plants and front ending operations across the globe. His other assignments were as CFO at HT Media Ltd where he managed the first Private Equity raising and an IPO in Print Media, ITC Ltd (in different business’ including Tobacco, Hotels, Real Estate and Financial Services), Abbott India and a PE funded food company in UK.

Ravi’s current focus is on coaching and mentoring leaders. He assisted a consulting firm in setting up its practice on Board Excellence. In addition to this he is on the Governing Board of an NGO. Ravi advises clients on financial planning, business valuation, fund raise, mergers and acquisitions, taxation and risk management.

With more than three decades of rich experience, he has a blend of both corporate experience and consultant’s acumen. He has handled leadership roles in varied industries including Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail, BPO, IT & Energy. Tapas in his Entrepreneurial stint launched a Boutique firm in 2021 focused on Executive Coaching and Leadership Assessments, Business and HR Advisory. Is empanelled with Big 4 consulting firms to conduct Leadership Assessments & Executive Coaching for their leaders & clients. Tapas worked as HR Advisor for a Renewable Energy Company and was responsible in taking them to GPTW Certification. Currently working on business transformation projects with clients.
